comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff
the website says it offers kitchen facilities but actually you have to pay to use any pots, pans or crockery. Also says comes with linen but that is at an extra cost as well and even though en-suite is already in the room it is $17 for the bathroom to be unlocked

Possibly the best and VERY POSITIVE stay for 1 night. In a very central location with restaurants and pubs close to the hotel.
Very dated bathroom.

Friendly staff, good location at a reasonable price.
Accommodation and decor in cabins could do with a face-lift.

We had a great time at this place! The location was good, not right by the lake but still close to everything. We were able to walk down the main street to the lake and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was fairly clean and spacious, with a nice sitting area and a dining table. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the amenities like heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The BBQ facilities and garden area were a nice touch, and we even had the option to relax in the jacuzzi or the spa center. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The lady at reception was so lovely and helpful. The location couldn't be better - just across the road from the beautiful lake and right beside the main highway. It was so convenient to walk to the town centre and the supermarket. The room we stayed in was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge, toaster, and TV. The parking space right in front of our room was such a bonus, especially since we had lots of luggage. The communal kitchen was spacious and clean, and the facilities for families with kids were superb. Our children had a blast with the go-karts, bicycles, and trampoline. The lovely flowers planted throughout the property added a nice touch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complementary tea and coffee provided in the room and the nice view of the surrounding area. the central location made it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions. we enjoyed the spacious room that allowed us to spread out comfortably.
The noise level in the room was a major issue as the walls were thin and the floor creaky. We were disturbed by the noise of people walking on the verandah and the bathroom fan that could not be turned off.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. I loved the fact that it was located so close to all of the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. The parking was ample, and the hotel facilities were great. They had a kitchen that was well equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was perfect for my needs. The staff was friendly and informative. I also loved the fact that they let me check in earlier than usual, which was really convenient.
Nothing could have been better.
